Very Disappointed …….TekRefurbs sad quality check and support…
I was extremely disappointed with this order. Although the laptop was shipped promptly, the anticipation quickly turned into frustration when I received an entirely incorrect item. I had ordered this laptop as a gift for a veteran and friend for Veterans Day, making the error particularly disheartening.I attempted to reach customer service by telephone on three separate occasions but was unable to get a response and ultimately had to leave messages without any follow-up. As a result, I was left with no option but to return the laptop. To their credit, the refund was processed promptly; however, the overall experience was very discouraging, especially given the significance of the intended gift.I sincerely hope that TekRefurbs enhances its quality control processes and improves customer service responsiveness to prevent similar issues in the future.

La computadora cumple con su objetivo, es muy rápida y los materiales son de buena calidad, pero llegó con 2 detalles. El primero está relacionado con la tecla que sirve para poner acentos, se despegaba del teclado, el segundo es que el marco de la pantalla estaba despegado. Independientemente de esos problemas se puede usar perfectamente.
