Absolutely Perfect—These Switches Changed My Life
This was my first rodeo with mechanical switches, and the Kailh Box Jades felt truly perfect right out of the box. I’m super picky when it comes to feel and sound, and these hit that sweet spot—crisp, tactile, and LOUD in the best way. If you love a satisfying click and want every keypress to feel deliberate, you’ll love these.The install was a breeze, no bent pins, and every switch worked as expected. The actuation force is just right—light enough for fast typing, but with a punchy, unmistakable bump and click. The sound is music to my ears—thocky, sharp, and unapologetically clicky. Zero mush, zero wobble, just clean, consistent feedback.Honestly, if you’re after a switch that stands out both in sound and feel, Box Jades are about as close to perfect as it gets. My typing speed and accuracy both jumped, and they make even boring work way more fun. Couldn’t be happier.

Nice quality, nice sound.
I’m not sure if these switches come pre-lubed as its not explicitly labeled anywhere on the package it came with, but either way, it sounds amazing. The switches I have been using over the past few years are really easy to press, so getting used to these switches were a bit difficult, since I found it needed some more effort and pressure to fully press the key. Either way, there is nothing wrong with these switches. The quality is good for its price, and the sound is great. It isn’t too loud, yet it provides that satisfying click.

Unmatched tactility, surprisingly suitable.
I have been eyeing these switches for YEARS. In this time, I was convinced that they are only a novelty, and unusable for any meaningful work or gaming. I had assumed that the video reviewers were right, and that I would have tire fingers and sore ears after using these switches for too long.After using these switches for a bit over a week, I am still very happy with them. My concerns about the weight and the noise were overblown, and I find these to be very nice.They are very stiff. If you have never tried a switch like this before, you will be shocked. The tactility is strong, but also the return spring is HEAVY. They are, however, still very smooth in use. I think the stiffer actuation makes typing a bit more confident, since it’s much harder to fat-finger keys.The noise level is actually pretty reasonable for a clicky switch. The overall volume is simillar to cherry blues. The click is much sharper and less rattly, but there is also a click on the return stroke, so you get twice as many clicks.These are great to type and game on. I don’t often type for long sessions, so I haven’t been fatigued at all by these switches, even while typing this review. I have also never gotten fatigued while gaming, in fact these are easily my favorite switches for gaming.These switches are outrageously satisfying to use. If you type all day, these might fatigue your fingers. If you are a gamer, and you don’t type for extended sessions often, these may be worth your money.

Love how this feels
I’ve been using these key switches for a while and gradually worked my way up through different types. I started with browns, which felt a bit too soft, then moved to reds and blues—each one brought a small improvement in feel and typing accuracy.I tend to type fast, and on most laptop keyboards my fingers often “outrun” the keys, leading to missed characters even though I know I hit them. With these Jade switches, that still happens occasionally, but much less frequently. The tactile feedback is crisp and satisfying, and the responsiveness feels great for quick, accurate typing.If you enjoy a clicky, tactile switch that keeps up with fast fingers, these are an excellent choice. I just wish I had tried them sooner.

Super Schalter mit einem angenehmen Feedback und Tippgefühl. Ich habe sie auf einem Keychron Board verbaut und sie funktionieren einwandfrei. Auch die Installation war kinderleicht. Dank der guten Verpackungen waren auch keine Pins verbogen was auch zu dem guten Erlebnis beigetragen hat. Diese Schalter würde ich mir immer wieder kaufen für neue Keyboards in der Zukunft!

Was soll ich sagen. Qualitativ gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Keycaps sitzen sehr fest und wackeln nicht. Switches halten im PCB perfekt. Sehr trockenes, festes “Click”. Betätigungskraft ist schon sehr groß aber so ist es auch angegeben.Sehr zu empfehlen 👍🏻
