Good, comfortable chair
I had needed a new office chair for a log time. I researched gaming chairs that could bare a heavier load for awhile and finally landed on this item. I wanted a gaming chair because they seemed to have more options in design and support than standard office chairs. The reason I ended up picking this chair over the other ones on my list was the adjustable arm rests.I am using the chair in my home office, not in front of the TV for gaming. It was easy enough to assemble, you just need to pay close attention to which bolts you are using in which part of the chair. Everything in the instructions is clearly labeled and well done, it was my own fault for not using the correct ones in the correct location at first.The chair itself is very comfortable and sturdy. It has good lumbar support with the extra cushion or without. I stopped using the cushion after a couple of days to see which I prefer but have not made a final determination. Both ways are comfortable and better than my old chair.The seat cushion is pretty wide, not something I necessarily needed but it is. I’ve only used the blue tooth speakers to try them out. They sounded good and the connection was easy to establish. I don’t anticipate using this feature much but for those who might I expect they would enjoy it.The adjustments that can be made to the height, arm rests, and back position are all easy to do and feel strong. The parts don’t feel cheap or anything like that.Over all I am very happy with the chair and so are my knees, back and behind. Pretty good for a chair I was not able to sit in before purchasing.

VERY comfortable, durable, stylish & AWESOME Customer Service!!!
I bought this chair for my daughter. While she is a gamer, she’s also a professional artist, and that was the main reason why we purchased this chair. She’s 5’10, and needed a chair that would fully support her, especially as she tends to spend the majority of her day on projects. Other chairs did not support her back or arms, and she’d often have difficulty standing after her drawing sessions because of her back and leg pain. Not so with this chair!!! The neck pillow provides excellent head/neck support, and the adjustable lumbar pillow is perfect for back support. And the cushioning on the backrest, seat cushion, and armrests, support everything else! She has sat for many sessions that lasted more than 12 hours, and has NEVER had a complaint with this chair. The chair held up pretty well with above average use over the past year or so. The ONLY reason why we had to contact the seller was because the chair got damaged during a recent move. DESPITE the fact that the chair was no longer covered by a warranty, (it had just expired the week before! 😱), the seller WILLINGLY replaced the damaged parts, at NO COST TO ME! They did not have to do that. During a time when most companies either don’t care, or can’t afford to care, this seller still provides excellent customer service, and therefore, stands out. The customer service representatives are kind, efficient, professional, and courteous; they ALWAYS respond to their messages promptly – even throughout the holidays. The cost of this chair is WELL WORTH IT, especially when you take into account the quality of the product, and the exceptional customer service provided by the seller! Trust all of the good reviews; they’re not being made up!!! 😁

Worth It!
Since the covid outbreak I have been working from home. I sit at a horseshoe shaped desk with 3 separate computer systems and 2 different telephone systems. Right now I work 5,10 hour shifts a week but in 2 weeks I will be doing 6,14 hour shifts every week until January. MY BACK IS ALREADY SCREAMING. My son is a “gamer” he actually does game design, he kept telling me to get a gaming chair. To me most of the chairs look alike and the ones with the best reviews tend to cost an arm and a leg, but he did the research and said this chair was a great deal and a good chair. I ordered it on 10/26 around 3 pm. my confirmation said I would receive it between 11/1 and 11/09…. Surprise! Fedex delivered my chair 10/28 at 8:30 in the morning. The 50 lb box had a small rip in it but all the pieces were pristine and everything was in the box. The directions suggest 2 people are best to do the assembly, the one time a extra set of hands would have been extremely useful is when putting on the arms (they are fairly heavy and you need to prop the seat bottom up while installing the screws) from start to finish it took me about 45 minutes to put it together. I like the fact that the seat, arms, and lift pieces have stickers on them to identify the front/left/right. Now this chair is WONDERFUL, reclines easy, I found out that the arms not only adjust up and down but also swivel left to right (FYI.. when attaching the arms on the bottom you have about a 2 inch space to slide the arms in or out, I installed them as far out as they would go and had to lay the chair back down later and loosen the screws and push the arm rests all the way in, the seat is VERY generous in width, and I am short, my arms did not reach the rests comfortably when they were all the way out) I charged the BT adapter for about 2/3 hours before using it and the reviews are true about the volume these speakers have. I have a pinched sciatic nerve so I ordered a seat cushion to add (see pic) I don’t need to use it yet the cushion is very full and thick for now. I also ordered arm cushions (THOSE WERE NEEDED) the arms are curved inward so your arm fits into a grove but they are that super hard unforgiving plastic (that is the worst thing I have to say about this chair) some people my not like the lumbar pillow but I have a BAD back and that pillow is heavenly to me, but it’s detachable so no big deal. I am 5″5″ and when the seat is raised to it’s highest point only my toes reach the floor. I attached pictures everything was received in perfect condition for 140.00 bucks if this chair gives my back some relief for a year, I will have considered this a win.

Es super cómoda, tiene muchísimas funciones, se puede hacer hasta atrás, como si fuera una cama, los cojines ayudan muchísimo a la espalda. Además, es muy fácil de armar, y las bocinas bluetooth funcionan perfecto, el audio se escucha con buena definición.Es una excelente relación calidad-precio. Estoy feliz con mi compra.
