Gaming Chair – Seat doesn’t recline, only the backrest.
It’s a gaming chair and I have only 1 complaint – 1 star off.The backrest reclines, but the seat stays level without an option to recline along with the backrest.Cheaper office chairs have seats that recline along with the backrest, but this more expensive chair doesn’t?I guess you are paying for looks over functionality.If you want functionality look at office chairs as most gaming chairs share the above issue.I wouldn’t buy this again.Don’t get me wrong, it does look cool, but I do miss the seat reclining along with the backrest.

Great chair and great customer service
The chair works very well and is comfortable, but I wanted to write a review of the customer service. One of the metal frame pieces in the interior of the chair back snapped off the frame after a few months of use. Not a big deal but annoying. I contacted customer service, got a quick reply, and after sharing photos of the break they sent a new chair back immediately. No arguing, no hassles. This was very refreshing and I wanted to commend them on their excellent service.

Great chairs and wonderful customer service
These chairs are nice. They’re comfy and have every adjustment: rock, tilt, armrest height, and of course, seat height. This was why I caved to the SO even though I was a little nervous about them. Usually, we get those big super-padded executive chairs but, he had his heart set on these and I thought: “Well, how bad can they be?”I am soooo glad that I took the chance!Well, as I’ve been discovering- they don’t have as much overt padding as those big chairs because, they do NOT need it! They are just comfy all on their own. I think it’s because even though it’s hard to see it in the picture but, it’s contoured ever so slightly. The seat is human seat shaped and even the arm rest is slightly dipped for your arms. Plus, again, if the adjustment exist, it’s on this chair. In fact, my only quibble is that we both discovered that the pillows just get in the way but, others might find them comfy so, I hardly think that our opinion counts on that one.The other reason why I’m glad that we got these chairs is that they have great customer service.As it happens once in a while when shopping online, one of the chairs did indeed turn up with a broken part. Heart break and anger of course because I was convinced that the tilting mechanism on the chair in question was destroyed as well. Thankfully, however, the person I got a hold of over at GTracing was actually SMART as they noticed that it was just a couple of the plastic covers that had been damaged when I sent them pictures of the damage.Well, sure enough, while I was happy that it was only a couple of easily replaceable parts, I was still groaning when the words: “some time” and “factory” were mentioned when we were talking about replacement parts.I shouldn’t have worried because about a week later, the delivery guy was at my door with a box that contained not only the replacement parts but a little baggy with one of those wrenches, a bunch of screws for that part of the chair and some of those plastic plugs as well- in short absolutely EVERYTHING that MIGHT be needed in replacing the parts that were damaged. So, obviously more than one smart person is paying attention over there.The kicker on this one? This was all during the Christmas rush. One week, during Christmas rush no less and, the damaged parts were replaced.And it was obvious too from the way everything was packaged. Someone had to have gone down to the production line and pulled out everything they thought I needed individually part by part and, all I can say on that one is: wow. I seriously would have forgotten something were our roles reversed.So, yeah, we would DEFINITELY get these again and, with customer service like this? I will NOT be surprised to discover that the company is still around when these finally kick the bucket after many years of use and abuse (we ARE gamers after all).TL;DRGreat chairs. Kick ass company. I am hugely impressed. Thank you.

Great chair for the price, one SERIOUS back breaking flaw.
Easy assembly, everything there and fast shipping. Faster if Fedex weren’t bent on going all around me before finally coming back to the center of the circle they made. But thats Fedex’s fault.Chairs only real big fault so far after about a week of having it is the left side of the back is off set slightly. If sitting upright and against the back this can cause serious discomfort. Its actually bolted like this, so its clearly a design flaw 🙁 I’ve tried adjusting it by tightening it first, or evenly and it just doesn’t change that little awkward offset.Other issue is the little caps on the wheels have popped off several of the wheels for no reason at all. I just looked under the chair and they were off. I’m on a hard wood floor covered with linoleum, and while it may not be the most level, its hardly a bumpy area, and nothing is hitting them that could be doing it. They don’t even appear to be glued or even clipped on. Theres just little tabs that hold them in loosely. Also the right arm rest on mine is loose. Not at the base where I connect it, but rather at the joint where it was assembled by the factory. I went to attempt to tighten this and one of the bolts stripped almost instantly. I did get it to seat decently, but I worry for the integrity.Unlike others I’m not big at only 5ft 3in, and hardly weighing to much over my target. But it does slope forward which requires constant sitting adjustment :/ I’m sure my short stature doesn’t help though. I believe the thought here is almost that your expected to sit on the edge of it like a lot of people can be seen doing in videos while gaming rather than sitting back.Color is also a little less vibrant than pictured, but that aside its absolutely beautiful, and if it weren’t for the offset back and lacking padding in the seat it would be comfortable as can be too. Sadly that design error loses it 2 stars. I’d go less, but truthfully it shipped fast, and pieced together easy, as well as wasn’t a bank breaker (despite being a back breaker)

La silla bien al principio, pero llegó con una caja toda rota, mal empacada, instrucciones no claras pero cumplía su función hasta después de 3 semanas de uso empezó a fallar desgraciadamente los fabricantes no se hicieron responsables y no hicieron válida la garantía hasta después de 5 semanas Amazon me reembolsó pero no antes de muchas llamadas y problemas. Acabo de adquirir una autofull y extremadamente superior en todos sentidos por el mismo precio.
