Amazing quality
I’ve had the Ruko F11GIM2 drone for a few weeks now, and I can confidently say this quadcopter exceeds expectations—especially considering its price point. Whether you’re just starting out with drone flying or you’re an experienced pilot looking for a reliable and feature-rich drone without spending thousands, this model delivers serious value.Camera Quality: Crisp 4K with StabilizationThe 4K camera, combined with a 2-axis gimbal and EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization), provides incredibly smooth and clear footage. I’ve flown it during both sunrise and midday, and the clarity of both photos and videos is impressive. It captures vibrant colors and fine details, perfect for scenic shots, real estate marketing, or even travel vlogs. You can tell the stabilization system is working hard—no noticeable jitter, even when maneuvering in breezy conditions.Flight Time: Impressive EnduranceThis drone comes with two batteries, offering a combined flight time of up to 64 minutes (32 minutes per battery), which is outstanding for drones in this class. This extended flight time gives you plenty of time to get your shots, practice flying, or just enjoy the experience without constantly worrying about battery life.Flight Performance & ControlThe drone feels solid and responsive in the air. It handles level 6 winds remarkably well, which is a big plus if you’re flying near the coast or in open areas. The GPS and altitude hold make hovering ultra-steady—even hands-free. Return-to-home (RTH) functionality is reliable and accurate, adding a layer of security when the battery runs low or the signal is lost.Transmission RangeWith a digital video transmission range of up to 16,404 feet (5 km), the real-time feed remains stable and clear even at longer distances. I was skeptical of this claim at first, but during my tests, I managed to fly the drone over a wide open field, and the live video remained smooth with very little lag.Ease of UseSetup was straightforward, and the controller feels ergonomic with intuitive button placement. The app is user-friendly and allows for quick access to camera settings, flight modes, and map tracking. Intelligent features like follow me, waypoint flight, and circle fly work well and add creative flexibility for filming.Build Quality & DesignThis drone has a professional-grade look and feel. It’s made from durable materials and feels sturdy in the hand. The carrying case is also a nice touch—compact and protective for travel. The folding design makes it easy to transport, and the included spare props and tools are thoughtful additions.⸻Pros:• High-quality 4K camera with EIS and gimbal stabilization• Long 64-minute flight time (2 batteries)• Strong wind resistance (Level 6)• GPS auto-return and intelligent flight modes• Extended video transmission range• Durable and sleek design with carrying caseCons:• Charging both batteries takes some time (recommend getting a dual charger)• No obstacle avoidance (not expected at this price, but worth noting for beginners)⸻Final Verdict:The Ruko F11GIM2 punches far above its weight in features, flight stability, and video quality. For under $500, it competes with drones twice the price. Whether you’re shooting content, scouting land, or flying for fun, this drone offers professional-level results in an approachable, well-built package. Highly recommended for hobbyists, content creators, and even semi-professional use.

Mighty Machine That Packs a Punch! Endless Features And So Much Included In The Box
It’s the little things for me. Two batteries, two charging cables, and a complete set of replacement rotor blades make this a winner before I’ve even started flying. Another small thing you don’t get with many products… the included manual is easy to read and understand. Once you dig deeper it just gets better. The drone itself is impressive. Light but sturdy, compact but mighty. It has an incredible range, I climbed to 200 ft right off the bat and I wasn’t even punching the capabilities of the machine. I know because the app has a built in flight log that records useful metrics like flight time, altitude, distance etc. With dedicated buttons to take high quality photos and videos right on the remote, there’s so much fun stuff to discover. With a drone that flies as steadily and with as much precision as this one, all the cool features seem like a bonus. Auto take off and one key return make flying a breeze. You’ll be amazed by GPS follow, fly around, and route planning. If you have a large open area, watch the drone fly itself. Or plan a route to take video. Very cool! I don’t want to explain too much and ruin the fun of finding out yourself. (VR goggles anyone?!)I was really impressed with how it handles in the wind. Obviously follow the manufacturers guidelines about weather conditions. But if you happen to catch yourself in a heavy wind situation mid flight, I wouldn’t worry about your drone blowing away. Remember the full set of replacement rotors that comes in the box? You probably won’t need them. The rotors on this drone are unique because they are malleable and bend while still being very sturdy. They aren’t stiff and brittle like the rotors on other drones. I took a few crashes into solid walls and the blades didn’t shatter like I’ve come to expect from other drones.I wish I had some negatives to balance out this review, but this drone really amazed me all the way though. There is one thing to know – standard for video recording devices such as this – the SD card format isn’t compatible with MacOS. But no problem, you can transfer recordings to your phone from the app, or put the SD card in an android phone with the appropriate slot to interface with the video/photos that way. Get an SD card for this! 64GB or less, and formatting it is so easy you can do it from the homepage of the app.Happy Flying!

Very pleased with my purchase so far
Very pleased with my purchase so far. I received it late last night, so I was not able to fly. But it did give me a chance to charge up the batteries and controller and time to read over the manual and watch the training videos. The drone connected to the app quickly and with no issues. Calibration was quick and easy. I was flying in about 10+ mph winds, but overall stability was just fine. The controls worked as they should and pretty easy to manipulate. I did about 4 or 5 short test flights about 5 minutes each, mostly to just train myself and try out the functions. The return to home function worked just like it should, I didn’t try the follow me or route follow functions yet, but I will soon. The camera quality and video quality was much better than I expected for the price of this drone. Again I didn’t get a lot of video as I was still too busy learning the basic functions. I’ll update my review if anything changes.UPDATE. I have been flying now for a few weeks and decided to drop my rating from 5 to 4 stars. First you will NOT get 45 minutes of flying time on the two batteries, more like 25-30 minutes. Also don’t expect the best video. It’s shaky and definitely not 4k, or at least what is saved on the phone. It’s possible it might do 4k if you decide to install a SD card. I’m still pleased with my purchase for the price I paid which after coupon was $80.00. But I do already have a higher end drone on order.
