Easy to connect
Connects easily, it was a bit scuffed but nothing that can’t be easily wiped off. Boosts my wifi signal to the garage now. A bit pricey, but it beats spending more to upgrade to the newer version.

Read this and try this before you send back!
I had the wifi router previously. This is the wifi point to boost your signal in the house. AC2200 model WiFi point shown. I could not for the life of me get the home app to connect to this. I followed the instructions and watched a video still nothing. On the bottom is a little round circle just above the G. Grab something pointed but not sharp and press on the circle. Hold it down and it does a factory reset. Once I did this it found the unit and connected. Also it will ask you to scan a QR code. This one doesn’t have one. You can manually enter a code to connect it. The code is on the bottom it’s hard as hell to see it. It’s stamped into the rubber in tiny letters. Once i used the code in google home app…I was up and running. Hopefully this saves you the time I wasted messing around with this damn thing.

Simple to set up and use, great coverage, great speeds, extremely consistent and reliable, blends well with the decor in the house and the nodes are Google Assistant-compatible speakers. The Google Home UI makes it simple to make adjustments and monitor the system. Highly recommended.

I only give this one a 2 because it is not a product for me. I did not know it would not work with the Google 6E. That is my fault. I did not see that in the description. They may have worked for other things. Once I found out it would not help with extending the Wi-Fi, I did not look at any other functionality. If you have older technology, this is probably the item for you.
