Better than big names.
First and foremost any laptop under $500 that’s metal is a steal. Backlit keyboard and usbc power. I’m going back to school and needed something effective and affordable, all my classes load effortlessly and timely. Videos load quickly. I’m unsure if gaming but it runs all my school programs. This reminds me of tan expensive $1k laptop that doesn’t even have the same specs.

Under-performing Gaming Laptop
The advertised product looks pretty good. After opening the item, and put it together, allowed it to recieve a full charge, I turned the device on, and went through the setup and then allowed it to update. It took about 2 weeks to complete all of the updates. The updates went really slow. WAY too slow. After all updates were downloaded and were installed, I downloaded a very simple game that didn’t take up much memory. The laptop couldn’t handle the simplest of games on it. I don’t need to purchase an item that can’t perform or perform like it had been advertised to do. I did return the device.

Overall happy
Overall happy with the purchase. So far the two things I’m not a fan of are headphone and charging port do not full insert. I can see this being a problem in the future. Slight movement over time will cause damage compared to a snug fit. I’ve already noticed this with the headphone port. The second is the residue from the what’s app sticker. I’ve used rubbing alcohol and vinegar to try to remove but can’t seem to get it off. Do not want to close the laptop for it will be directly in contact with the screen.
