Outstanding image and brightness
We have a very well lit conference room, and this projector is so bright we can leave the lights on. It is crisp, sharp, and twice the brightness of our old projector. We are so happy with this projector – yea it is the perfect fit!

Projector arrived broken.
The projector arrived broken. The light didn’t turn on. It could have shifted somehow in transit. The internet had suggestions on ways to fix it but I was afraid that would void the warranty. Returned it. It looked like a solid machine and will order it again to see if I can get a good one. Fingers crossed!

I was shocked to be told by a North American EPSON Technical Rep that the unit’s serial number does not exist and they do not believe it to be a genuine EPSON product and refused to assist me any further after that. Further digging turned up its an EU serial number and these are apparently configured differently and do not function as expected. My unit says that it is “WiFi Ready”, which I suspect means it can, but does not function as intended because it likely lacks a card/component for that. Regardless, be aware that 3rd party vendors as this one was can/will sell into any market and you may have issues as I found out. I’m very disappointed with Amazon not being transparent about this, even more so, that they allow it in the first place.
