Fabulous product, awesome customer service when needed
I bought this for my mother-in-law in 2021 and then received one myself for Christmas (which I requested.) I LOVE IT!! It is super easy for me and my kids to send pictures to and it’s so fun to walk by and see memories pop up. It’s way better than just leaving pics on my phone to take up space. This way, the whole family can enjoy them and it holds something like 40,000 pics so I don’t foresee filling it up anytime soon.Their customer service is fabulous as well. As I said, I bought this in 2021 and now, in 2025, it stopped working. I went to their website and found the link to send them a message. They replied back within one day telling to me restart it. I replied that I had tried that and it didn’t work and they replied back that same day with instructions, a file, and a video instructing me to download an update to the frame. I did (though I had to search for the USB A cord that it came with since those are rarely used anymore) and it fixed it completely! I can now continue to enjoy looking at all my pics from years past and wondering where the time went. :)I highly recommend this frame and will be buying more for family members!

Works but is rough around the edges
I purchased this for my elderly inlaws so the family can send them photos. The hardware looks good. The picture is of reasonable quality, and the setup is okay once you’ve read the manual and walked through it a couple of times. It’s also straightforward to add users.The frame seems reasonably secure. But that security means you must accept user requests on the frame. That makes perfect sense; however, that means my inlaws would have to do that – that probably more than they would be willing to do.So, you will probably want to set this up before you give it to an older adult. Don’t expect them to be able to set this up. It requires a smartphone, familiarity with Android, the ability to connect to a wifi network, and a willingness to follow directions by reading microscopic printing in the user manual.Again, this is not awful, but I wouldn’t expect my in-laws or my parents to be able to do this. Also, be sure to add all the folks that will send them photos as users before you give this to them, or you will be making a trip to push a couple of buttons.I do have a couple of minor grips about the frame:1) the power cord is too short. I put this on the mantle, and the power cord is directly below it but was just a smidge too short.2) I’m using it in landscape mode when portrait-oriented photos are sent, by default, it fits-to-frame, which cuts off the top and bottom of the photo. The software could be much smarter about this.3) Setup isn’t intuitive. The instructions on the cling initially on the frame helps but is not complete. The manual is needed, but it’s printed in low contrast, tiny type. The makes me wonder who they think the audience for this device is.
