DOOGEE S-200 Rugged Android Phone
I recently needed to move on from a Pixel6. I had previously owned an OUKITEL rugged phone which worked well and wanted to step-up to something similar, but with a larger screen. The DOOGEE S200 had good reviews, so I ordered one. I am very impressed with the build quality. The 100 MP camera is awesome and the IR/Night camera actually performs very well! Battery life is incredible and the chipset makes this phone very, very quick. Massive memory, upgradeable to 1 TB means that I won’t outgrow it any time soon and the build quality looks like it will outlive me. It feels like you could hammer a nail with this beast. It is not slim or sleek, but that is not what I was looking for. I purchased this phone as a tool and it is beyond ‘robust’. For under $350, a water-resistant, 5G phone running Android 14 that has over 3 days of real-use battery life is a great deal. I would definitely buy again.

I purchased the Doogee S200 for its ruggedness and high performance capabilities. I have now been using it for a couple moths and it meets all expectations. It runs the latest version of Android smoothly and is promised updates for years to come, the battery will regularly last me 3 days on one charge, and it is certainly a rugged phone. It is quite large due to the battery capacity, but if that bothers you they offer phones with smaller batteries that are a more reasonable size. The watch face on the back of the phone is neat, but is mostly just a cool gimmick. If it didn’t have the watch face, I would certainly not be heartbroken. The only complaint I have is that occasionally the phone seems to forget the passcode. You can still log in using the finger scanner though when this happens, and if you restart the phone the passcode works fine. But, if you restart the phone or it dies, it forgets your fingerprint and you have to re enter it. I am not sure if this is a hardware issue, or a bug with the version of Android 14 it uses. All in all, the phone meets expectations and is very nice, especially since it outperforms most other flagship phones I have had before.Update June 29, 2025: I still have 0 issues with performance, however, the phone has stopped working after being rained on. The phone was subjected to about an hour of rain/dampness in my pocket. My clothes got soaked and the phone got wet while I walked around, but not to a degree that I would expect a phone advertised as waterproof to fail. The charging port cover was kept on, and the phone was never submerged. It started with moisture in the camera lenses, and then the clock screen and phone screen became affected, and when I woke up the next morning, the phone did not turn on. I am very disappointed to have to reduce my previous rating of this phone, but I just cannot with good conscience give it a 4 star rating anymore, especiallysince the phone isn’t even a year old. I have once again gone back to my galaxy s8 active and continue to look for a rugged phone that can match it.

Rugged Phone
I got this phone for my husband who is really hard on his phones. He always has this phone in his pocket most of the time . He is pleased thus far with the quality of this phone. It is a bit bigger then other phones we have had and is defiantly heavier. I like that he don’t need a phone case for this phone and that it came with screen protectors. The clock on the back side of the phone is a plus. Keeps charge for 2 to 3 days. Keep in mind he don’t talk on it much but does use it to view the web and texting. The volume is great. the only thing he did not like about this is the finger scan to unlock is on the button on the side and if you push it too hard it turns off the phone. I am sure it is somewhat user error. I would buy this phone again.

Not great but a good phone
Coming from a Google pixel, the screen is not very bright, sometimes I can’t see it at all when it’s out in the sun, the speaker is not very loud it only seems to do the job when I’m in my truck or somewhere quiet, the battery is very good and I can get a full days work and sometimes 2 days.The added software seems minimal which is nice, the camera does okay but could be better, I also would have liked wireless charging but all things considered it’s a good phone with little room for improvement.

The packaging was secure, and everything looked exactly as described.After using it for a few weeks, I can honestly say it’s made a noticeable difference in my daily routine. Nice solid phone, some quarks, some featurs
So far so good. This phone is replacing a Samsung Note 20. For the price you cannot expect it to have the screen, or features of a premium phone. The performance is very very good, especially wifi. Only complaint is it was listed as compatable with Verizon… And it does not have esim. Verizon and Visable did not recognize it as compatable.Ended up going to a local T-Mobile store. The activated a sim and were very interested in the phone. It works great, especially for the cost.. highly recommend if you want to save money, are rough on phones, and do not want to worry about the cost of breaking it. 1.5 years or so of phone insurance will pay for another one. Point is if I break it, or lose it I am not out 1300.00…The 5g with T-Mobile is impressive in urban areas.

Doogee S200 review by George I’ve come from Samsung s23 ultra. Had Samsung my whole life. But I’ve had children recently and can’t afford a new phone every time I break one (at least 1 a year) I work in landscaping and construction. Worked in scotland and had no issue with signal in the motorway or anywhere to be honest so really strong signal. This phone is built tough. Camera is not bad, underwater and night vision are Bob on photos and u derwater video attached. The selfie is from the rear camera selfie mode. Absolute beautiful. Had it about a week but very happy with it. It’s got a smartwatch screen on the back that is touch screen and customisable, and aside button on the left hand side with 3 different functions fully customisable. Very rugged phone. Not to heavy but you can feel it’s built sturdy. Screen is decent. Nothing spectacular but good enough for day to day use brightness wise the picture is crisp and the phone is responsive. No difference between this and my s23 ultra apart from the camera to be honest. It’s a steal for 250 dropped from a tower scaffolding and dinted the timber it landed on.

Il est fini le temps des smartphones incassables affreusement moches. Je suis vraiment satisfait de ce premier coup d’œil car le téléphone respire la qualité. Mais passons au test maintenant, pour vérifier ce qu’il a dans le ventre !👨🔧 Mon test :◾ contenu : le téléphone, 1 verre trempé et son kit d’installation, le chargeur, le câble USB-C, l’outil pour déloger la carte SIM et la notice d’utilisation.◾ taille : l’écran est un 6,72 pouces (mesure de la diagonale) soit 17,07 cm. La taille du téléphone est de 17,95 cm x 8,25 cm x 1,6 cm.◾ poids : il est de 364 g ce qui est logique compte-tenu de la batterie XL et des parties métalliques qui le rendent incassable.◾ batterie : c’est du 10 100mAh. Bien entendu tout va dépendre de la façon d’utiliser le téléphone (appels, vidéos, internet,…) et de la fréquence, mais on peut compter en moyenne sur 2 à 4 jours d’autonomie. A noter la possibilité de charge rapide de 33W.◾ mémoire : on est sur du 32GB et sur du 256G en capacité de stockage. Une vraie bête de course !
