Love how quiet the fan is. It has multiple speeds for the fan and different variations of cool and warm for the light! Looks modern but chic. Having hard time connecting to Alexa but honestly didn’t try that hard to look into how to yet.

Cruddy User Manual, Does NOT Work With Alexa!!!
First off, I do like this fan’s style, although I’d like it more if the blades were black instead of brown. The user manual “book” kind’a sucks though. The text is tiny and they’ve got a ton of unused blank space on the pages. Use it! Make the text bigger! I needed a magnifying glass to read much of the text. Page 09 Step 2, “Loose the screws” – there are screws all over on part G, it took me a good 10 minutes to figure out which screws the instructions meant. There are no instructions for swapping out the down rod for the longer length option, but I was able to figure that out. The magnets for part D2 are VERY annoying while trying to assemble and install the motor and I recommend removing them until the end when buttoning everything up. They’re not needed until Page 11 Step 9 and they are royally obnoxious while trying to do Step 8. Page 15 Step 3 is another pain in the you-know-where trying to align the LED light with the screw holes. This assembly should be keyed for easier mating. The remote did not work out-of-the-box and needed manual pairing (Page 18). “The remote transmitter should already be paired to the receiver and ready to use.” Well, mine wasn’t. Now the worst part. The reason I bought this specific product is its purported linking to Alexa for voice control. Well, that requires a Joinin Home APP, which they give you a QR code for on Page 19 (oh yes, there are over 20 pages in this “book” of a manual) but the code doesn’t work! It doesn’t take you to the app in the App Store. Instead my QR reader shows a “Joinin Home Formal Version” app option with a “Download” button, but the button is non-functional, will not download the app. Going to the App Store and manually searching for “Joinin Home APP” has no exact matches, just a bunch of other home automation apps, but not the one you need! You cannot link to Alexa without their app, so now I’m stuck with a dumb “smart” fan.Update 3 weeks later, still haven’t been able to connect the fan with Alexa. Downgrading this product to 1 star. Like other reviewers have mentioned, the fan cannot be connected to an app in the U.S., and a 3rd party app is required for connecting with Alexa. This is so stupid. Seller also hasn’t been able to resolve.Update #3, after a replacement controller and an hour long call with Amazon support, I finally got the 1st of 3 fans working (sort’ve) with Alexa. Alexa voice commands can only turn on/off the fan, turn on/off the light, and set the light brightness. You cannot change the fan speed or direction using voice commands, that can be done only with the remote or in the Alexa app. So much for being a “smart” fan.Update #4, after getting the 1st fan somewhat function I installed my 2nd fan. The light will not turn on at all with the 2nd fan (using the remote). At this point, I really cannot recommend this brand to anybody.

Excellent customer service.
A very easy ceiling fan to mount by ourselves. Took me less than half hour to assemble and install, despite having to climb up and down a few times to turn the breaker. Instructions are very clear with pictures. Package contains all required hardware neatly labeled.The app is easy to set up ans connect. I’ve barely used the remote since the app and voice control with alexa are easier options.The 52 inch has plenty of flow for the smallish bedroom. The led light is a little too bright at full power.Edit: The five stars is for the excellent customer service. The fan stopped working after just one night. I did not want to uninstall and disassemble the whole unit. The customer service team responded to my email immediately and shipped a replacement control unit the same day. Have no trouble for over two months now with the new control unit.

Cannot program a schedule!
The fan quality and documentation are very nice. I bought the fan because of the WiFi feature and while one can turn the fan/light on and off remotely it does NOT have the ability for the user to program a schedule in the app. Very disapointed. I am sure that it can be “fixed” by a new version of software/firmware.
