Seems like a good buy, but make sure to follow setup instructions
Just bought this, and I did have an issue with it at first. Like some others said, I thought it was not connecting to WiFi although it initially paired- I kept getting an error message that said I was offline. Turns out that there is a small sticker that says remove by the reset button, I somehow missed during setup and found while troubleshooting. Once this was removed, the camera worked perfectly.I also had an issue with the fact that it seemed to log me out whenever my partner tried to check the camera- it appeared that only one device could use it at a time. However, I contacted customer support and they stated that to share the device the second person must have their own separate account, and then you can share the device with them using the QR code provided or by email under the “sharing” function in the device settings. I’ m keeping for now as I seemed to have resolved my initial issues, but hope this can help someone else.
