Game changer
I bought this because I happened to lock myself out of the house one day. This has been a game changer. It was easy to install. It stores multiple fingerprints and codes. I love the fact that you can store them under names so you know who is locking and unlocking the door. The app is amazing and alerts you everytime it is locked and unlocked and by whom. *Bonus – you can do temporary codes that are only valid for the duration of time that you set it for*

Nice smart feature
Awesome unit , installation was easy as well as instructions any human could understand. Once hooked up to Alexa , I get notified whenever the doors opened and locked. Price point amd shipping where a deal too

Great Smart Lock—Easy to Use and Reliable
I recently had to replace my door locks and decided to give this one a try. It works great! Setup was simple, and using it is even easier. I love that you can choose between entering a code or using your fingerprint for quick access. Super convenient and reliable so far. Would definitely recommend!

Very easy to install and connect to wifi. Looks great on my door. Can enter my home by finger print, code or key. Great feature is door automatically locks after a few seconds. Managing other users is very easy. Activity reports is very useful. App is user friendly.

The lock I have been looking for
This door lock is exactly what I was looking for. It opens using a fingerprint, a code, a key or through the app. It also automatically locks, which was a big part of the reason I bought it. No more keys needed. You can assign individual codes either permanently or temporary.You also get notifications when someone enters the house.The only drawback was the batteries that I first purchased were not compatible with the unit. I was told that Eveready , Kirkland and Duracell do not work. I asked Phillip to send me a list of approved batteries. Instead they sent me a set of batteries.They worked and everything is working perfectly now.

Superb Smart Lock
Excellent quality, quick and easy to install, and provides an incredible upgrade in convenience, as well as peace of mind. Now we don’t have to worry about leaving a key with someone if we need them to check on our dogs, for instance. And our kids will always be able to get back in the house, even if accidentally locked out. Can’t imagine our lives without it, now!

Randomly goes offline!
Lock goes offline ALL the time and then randomly (2-3 days later) comes back online. When you live 700 miles away from your nightly rental, it’s a bit stressful to say the least. The lock is only 15 feet from the Wi-Fi router. The Honeywell thermostat is always online when the lock is offline. So frustrating! Don’t waste your time, money, and more importantly your frustration. Zero stars.
