It was okay.
The first one came COMPLETELY shattered and didnt work. I added photos of this. The amazon customer service rep told me, “theres nothing we can do.” after asking for either a replacement or refund. The replacement did come and works perfectly fine. No dents. Good screen. Never will order from this company/store because of the first one being a broken tv where the screen didnt even work.

Very bad experience trying to set up Samsung TV!
No information at all on the box or in the box regarding how to set up the TV! Called Samsung for help. They tried but couldn’t help then hung up!!
