Great gaming and desk chair
This is a great gaming chair from an excellent brand, that doesn’t cost ‘too’ much. It was well worth the purchase for our college kid. He has been using it for 4 months so far and finds it very comfortable for both gaming and studying! Assembly wasn’t too bad, and could be done by one person. It came packaged really nicely and even included a pair of work gloves to use while building it! We think it will last a long time and are happy we purchased it.

Makes the old Iskur XL look bad. But get a head cushion.
This chair is so insanely good. But there IS an issue. You will NEED a head cushion/headrest cushion. It is so so so hard on the headrest area. But everything else is amazing. Assembly is super easy and fast too. This thing with a good headcushion is insane. And the seat?? It’s actually REALLY good. i expected it to be total trash like the former iskur (my brother has one an i hated it) and also expected the armrests to feel grainy and sandpapery (like the original iskur xl) and heck no. it’s SO good.

Good Chair at a fair price.
The sale for this chair over Labor Day was a great deal. It was for about 40% cheaper than on the maker’s website. The chair is comfortable and easy to assemble. I recommend trying it out if you can find it on sale. 👍

Persistent Squeaking and Poor Quality — Not Worth the Price
I purchased the Razer Iskur V2 X Ergonomic Gaming Chair with the expectation of receiving a high-quality product. Unfortunately, my experience has been overwhelmingly negative.Shortly after assembly, the chair began producing a persistent and loud squeaking noise every time I sit, adjust my posture, or lean in any direction. The noise is constant and disruptive, making it difficult to work or participate in calls without others hearing it. This is unacceptable for a product in this price range.I thoroughly followed every troubleshooting recommendation provided, including lubricating joints, tightening all screws and bolts, inspecting and replacing washers, checking the gas lift cylinder, changing floor surfaces, and cleaning the casters. None of these steps resolved the issue. The squeaking continues without improvement, which points to a manufacturing or design flaw rather than a maintenance issue.In addition, the overall comfort is subpar. The cushions feel firm and unsupportive after moderate use, the lumbar support is minimal, and the armrests do not feel stable. The build quality does not reflect the premium price point, nor does it align with expectations for a brand like Razer.Attempting to return or exchange the chair is inconvenient due to its size and packaging requirements, leaving me with a product I cannot comfortably use.In summary, this chair does not meet basic quality standards and offers poor value. I cannot recommend it and strongly advise potential buyers to consider alternative options.
