Work as Described
This little device worked exactly as described by keeping my C7 Corvette in eight cylinder mode all the time. Feels like I’m driving a different car. The Corvette is driven infrequently and I’ve had no issues with battery drain as I keep this device plugged in all the time.

Device not working
I installed this device and a few weeks after installation my battery was dead. I assumed it was because my truck is 6 years old. I had the battery replaced and the truck ran fine. I recently had the tires replaced. When the techs tried to restart the truck, it would not start. The battery was dead again. They charged the battery and removed this device to plug in the diagnostics device. Several things in the truck’s electronics system needed reset. The truck was restarted. At this point, the tech reinstalled this device and then other systems in the truck failed (A/C, etc.). I left this device out.
