Great instructions and everything fit – almost.
I just completed the chair assembly and I like it. Had a problem – the chair back was the wrong part. I sent them clear pictures of the problem (the screw attachments were on an angle instead of straight), but they sent me the chair bottom instead of the chair back. I let them know and they sent me the correct back. They responded immediately and sent the replacement part right away in both instances. They need to educate their warranty people better to recognize an obvious issue, but overall, their response was fast and they made good on their product. I would buy from this company again.

Music play louder than expected. The recline is the truth, I can go to sleep in this chair. I’m 6ft, the foot rest only extends to my calfs. Still a solid 4.5 stars! I’m gonna extend the poles on the foot rest myself. And I put it together in less than 30!

It OK but it could be way better for the price
Got it because it was leather, it’s comfy but after a few hours it hurts my bum. The speakers aren’t that good, mine keep going static, might return idk yet. 😐
